Irino, a lifelong angler who recently quit his office job to fish full-time, recognized most of it as solid advice. But there were wrinkles he hadn’t tried. Irino isn’t a tech evangelist by trade. He grew up surf fishing with his dad, learning to tell the difference between a bite and a snag on a rock through years of trial and error. Whether AI-assisted fishing catches on is an open question.
