Called the ‘reflection dashboard,’ it shows users their chat patterns over the past month, three months, six months, or year—think key topics, task types, and peak usage times. You can also set quiet hours or break reminders, with total time stats coming soon. The feature is designed to make you think about how you’re using AI, even prompting questions like ‘What’s one thing you want to keep doing yourself?’ Then, ironically, you can talk it through with Claude. It won’t peek into connected files or incognito chats, and sensitive topics only show at a high level. Available in beta for free, Pro, and Max users with memory turned on, this is Anthropic’s latest move to brand Claude as an ‘AI collaborator’ that boosts your original thinking.
