Its newest tools include two AI agents: Career Scout, a personal career coach for job seekers, and Talent Scout, which automates tedious recruiting tasks for employers. Indeed is also rolling out AI-powered Advanced Screening and Sourcing through its Indeed Connect system. The company works closely with OpenAI on a dozen products to improve job recommendations, candidate matching, and salary insights. Internally, AI adoption is surging—over 80% of engineers use agentic coding tools, and two-thirds of employees report saving up to two hours weekly. The goal is to make hiring faster and more human while keeping employers as the final decision-makers.
