A survey of 9,700 Claude users found that about half of them believe AI can already handle half or more of their work, with many expecting AI to take over most of their tasks in the next 12 months. The most common work-related uses of AI include marketing content, blog writing, and database queries. Users hope to collaborate with AI, not be replaced by it, and want AI to handle routine work.
